Adventurous Baby Pear

Maybe you can’t remember what it was like to be truly adventurous. Sometimes I think only infants are courageous enough to reach for the completely unknown and utterly impossible and then try with all their might to get there. But perhaps you can recall a time when something stirred within you and made you get up and venture into a new hobby, a new love, a new calling. Listen to your heart and follow it somewhere.

My brother Pat planted the pear tree the year before he died. He placed it beside the dock he loved to fish from with his wife and children. Later his sons planted the pompous grass. - Gail M2 Poole
